Braised chicken wings
12 pcs. chicken wings
1/2 glass vegetable oil
1/2 glass chicken broth
1 glass soy sauce for chicken and mmarinada - on. spoon
1 Art. l. corn starch
10 g green onion
1 Art. l. soybean oil
1 Art. l. white wine
2 crushed garlic - cloves
1 h. l. grated ginger
Salt - to taste
Wings boil for 15 minutes until soft. Drain and put wings on a platter.
Mix marinade ingredients and pour them wings, soak for 1 hour, then drain the marinade.
Prepared wings fry in oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and allow the oil to drain.
Broth, bring to a boil, put the fried wings, add finely chopped onion, the remaining marinade, soy sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour the starch diluted with water and bring to a boil.
