Chicken wings in an acidic marinade

2-3 Lyme

light beer

salt (coarse)

Wings rinse, pour a beer for half an hour, if desired, by adding oregano, paprika, and Basil.

Fry the wings on the grill on each side until Golden brown.

Cut lime wedges, to serve chicken wings in an acidic marinade: each wing drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with coarse salt to taste.
