Chicken wings with rice noodles
150 g chicken wings
100 g rice noodles
50 g sugar
30 g pepper
30 g vegetable oil
10 g soy sauce
5 g garlic
5 g the kimchi sauce
2 g ground coriander
Oil heat, add sugar, fry the wings in the resulting caramel-oil mixture.
The rice noodles boil until tender, add to the wings.
Fill dishes with kimchi sauce, crushed garlic, ground coriander and soy sauce, add the chopped bell pepper.
Fry chicken wings with rice noodles for 5 minutes, then put on a plate.
Before serving, garnish chicken wings with rice noodles and herbs.
