Porridge of lentils lean "South"
2 garlic cloves
2 carnations
1 glass lentils
1-2 onions
1 carrots
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. wheat flour

Soak the lentils in water for 4 hours, until ready to cook.
Chop the carrot and onion, saute vegetables in butter, then add passed through the press garlic, cloves, red pepper, flour, salt, stir, add tomato puree, pour the lentil broth and cook everything until the sauce thickens.
Add to lentils cooked sauce.
