Mushroom burgers

1 kg mushrooms

2 eggs

2 onions

6 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. butter

Boil the mushrooms in salted water, drain, squeeze mushrooms, skip them together with the onions through a meat grinder. Add in mushroom stuffing eggs, salt and pepper, 3 tbsp. bread crumbs and mix.

Sformovat mushroom minced meat patties, breaded in bread crumbs, fry in vegetable oil.

Garnish with mushroom burgers can mashed potatoes and greens.
