Mushroom burgers with rice
250 g mushrooms
0,5 glass rice
1 egg
1 onions
0,5 glass crushed crackers or flour

Boil the mushrooms and finely chop them.
Pour the rice 1.5 Cup of mushroom broth, cook.
Rice and mushrooms to combine, add finely chopped onion, pepper and salt.
