Cutlets with mushrooms
100 g champignons
1 glass rice
2-3 Art. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
a pinch of nutmeg
herbs (parsley, dill), salt
Cook the mushrooms, cool and finely chop them. Boil the rice in salted water with parsley. Mix cooked rice with mushrooms and nutmeg. The resulting mass can be further milled blender. Form patties, dip in flour or batter, fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Serve sauce watered unsharp.
