Casserole with squid, rice and beans
800 g squid
500 g green beans
100 g any mushrooms
10 g dried mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
2 onions
1 glass boiled rice
3 Art. l. breadcrumbs

Put the beans in salted boiling water, boil for 3 minutes, put in a colander.
Squid cleaned twist in a meat grinder with a bulb, connect with boiled rice, pepper and salt and mix well.
In the water soak dried mushrooms, the second onion finely chopped, fry in butter, add any sliced mushrooms and fry.
Soaked mushrooms drain, dissolve the flour in the broth, add to the frying, stir for 5 minutes to warm, sprinkle with herbs.
Rice with squid fry in a pan while stirring.
Take the form, put the beans, pour the mushroom sauce, sprinkle with crushed garlic, put on top of rice with squid and sprinkle with breadcrumbs all, pour the remaining sauce.
