Meat balls with herbs and mozzarella
700 g Beef scapula
200 g Mozzarella
100 g cherry tomatoes
50 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 egg
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Make meat mince, drive the egg in it, add the herbs, pepper and salt and mix until smooth.
Separated from the minced pieces the size of an apricot, vyleplivat cake in the center of each stack on the ball of mozzarella cheese (if the cheese balls, just cut away pieces of the size of a walnut), sculpt balls completely "wrapping" around the cheese stuffing.
Breaded in flour balls, put on the laid paper baking pan.
Bake balls in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes to get it, cut the tomatoes in half, put on each ball on the half on top - a slice of cheese.
Bake meatballs with herbs and mozzarella cheese in the oven for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheese.
