200 g cheese

100 g picture - Caviar and cheese balls red caviar

80 g curd cheese

70 g butter

2 egg yolk



2 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. walnuts chopped

2 tsp. crushed almonds

2 tsp. brandy

Combine grated on a fine grater cheese with cottage cheese, leaving some regular cheese for decoration snacks.

Add in the cheese mix brandy, boiled egg yolks, melted butter, pepper and nuts, leaving some walnuts and almonds for decoration.

Thoroughly mix the mass, shape small balls to do in each hole and fill it with red caviar.

Each caviar and cheese ball to roll in the cheese, almonds and walnuts.

Before serving caviar and cheese balls for half an hour put into the refrigerator.
