Caviar from cottage cheese
What you need:
400 g salty cheese
70 g onion
200 g vegetable oil
85 g walnuts, ground
2 Art. l. lemon juice
ground black pepper - to taste
100 g parsley or cilantro
Onions cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater.
Cottage cheese is combined with onions, nuts, lemon juice, chopped herbs and pepper, mix well.
In mass with stirring in small portions introduced oil.
Caviar is considered finished when all the oil is absorbed and becomes velvety texture.
When serving caviar is placed on a plate, top with a spoon or knife to make a drawing.
