Salmon with caviar sauce
250 g salmon fillet
100 ml cream 20%
80 g shrimp
30 g red caviar
10 g vegetable oil
Salmon fillet cut up the skins in the center, not cutting it, deploy fillet book, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
For the sauce, shrimp, cleaned, put in a saucepan, pour the cream, seasoning, a little salt, cook until the sauce thickens, remove from heat, add eggs, stir.

Put the fish on a plate, pour the sauce.
