Poached eggs with salmon and caviar
250 g salmon fillets
2 eggs
4 Art. l. salmon caviar
4 Art. l. heavy cream
freshly ground black pepper
salt
Cut the salmon fillet slices, put in a greased 2 portioned form, pepper and salt.
Drive in every shape an egg, add some cream, pepper and salt.
Cover with foil and cook shaped dish 10 minutes for a couple.
Before serving, add the cream form, mixed with pepper and salt. Contents greens and salmon caviar.
