Boiled potatoes with caviar and sour cream sauce
1 kg potatoes
250 g thick sour cream
50 g the salmon caviar
1/2 lemon
Chives
How to prepare: peel and in salted water boil the potatoes until cooked, drain the water. From squeeze lemon juice, finely chop the onion. Mix the lemon juice with sour cream and caviar, pour the sauce boiled potatoes and sprinkle with onions, stir and serve.
