600 g fillet of salmon

200 g mushrooms

150 g sour cream

1 big onions

5 tbsp. vegetable oil



4 tbsp. wheat flour

Rinse, Pat dry fish fillets.

Finely chop the mushrooms, onion chop semirings.

2 tbsp oil fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes on low heat, add the onion, cook for another 5 minutes, then pour 1 tbsp. flour, fry until Golden flour.

Add sour cream, stir, pour ? glass of water, half of the salt, stir and bring to a boil, add the fennel, remove from heat cooked the sauce.

Cut the salmon in small slices, breaded in remaining flour mixed with salt and pepper, fry the fish pieces in oil on both sides every 5 min until Golden brown.

Put the cooked fish in mushroom sauce, stir, heat for 10 minutes on slow fire.

Ready salmon mushroom sauce is spread on a dish, poured the sauce.
