"Burgers" with salmon
150 g fillet of salmon or other red fish
8 crackers or any other unsweetened biscuits
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. wheat flour
? tomato
Minced fish fillet knife. Grind the biscuits to fine crumbs, combine the minced fish.
Tomato finely chopped, add to the meat along with sour cream, stir the meat until smooth.
Pour the flour on a cutting Board or flat plate evenly.
Put the meat into the flour with a wet spoon to shape small cakes round shape.
Pan greased with oil and heat. Gently with a spatula to shift "burgers" in a heated pan, fry the "burgers" on both sides until Golden brown.
Add to the pan of water, cover it with a lid to put out "burgers" with salmon for another 5-10 minutes.
