900 g pink

1 zucchini

1 big onions

1 egg

1 glass vegetable oil

4 tbsp. bread crumbs

1 tsp. salt

black pepper

To cut the salmon, to separate the flesh from the bones, skin, very finely chop the flesh.

Cut into pieces onions and zucchini, mince, combine vegetable and minced fish, pepper and salt, add egg, stir until smooth.

Divide the cooked meat with wet hands into 10 equal parts, molded from each meatball oval shaped, breaded in bread crumbs.

Fry the patties for 5 minutes on each side in a pan with a thick bottom with vegetable oil.

Bring burgers salmon until cooked in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
