Burgers from red fish diet
500 g salmon fillet
2 potatoes
1 zucchini
1 egg
1 dill/parsley
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. flour

Cut the fish fillets pieces, mix with chopped herbs, add crushed garlic, pepper and salt, seasoning and nutmeg, mix well, beat the egg, add a little flour, stir.
Cooked ground meat molded small patties, breaded in bread crumbs, fry in a pan with oil on each side for 1-2 minutes
Take the foil 30 by 30 cm, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper, put the patties, cover with another sheet of foil, edge wrap.
Cook burgers from red fish diet in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes
