Fish-cheese burgers
700 g white fish fillets
100 g grated hard cheese
3 slices stale white bread
3 pen green onions
1 pickled cucumber
1 egg
2 glass flour

0.5 glass mayonnaise
3 Art. l. water
2 Art. l. lemon juice
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
1 h. l. chopped dill
ground black pepper

Bread soaked in water, combine with fish fillets, twist in a meat grinder, pepper and salt, add lemon juice, green onions, parsley, egg, cheese, mix well, a lot of beat.
Molded from a mass of chops, breaded in flour and fry on a hot barbecue cover on both sides for 2-3 minutes until tender and golden brown.
Sauce: Finely chop the cucumber and mix with mayonnaise.
Serve fish-cheese patties with sauce hot.
