Fish-potato patties
100 g fish fillets
1 potato tuber
? eggs
2 Art. l. milk
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
? h. l. salts solution
Brush to wash the potatoes, boil for a couple, let cool, then clean.
Fish fillets twist in a meat grinder, connecting with potatoes, brine, half egg yolk, milk and a teaspoon of oil, mix well.
Cutting board moisten with water, put a lot of molded patties, moisten the cloth with protein and fry in the remaining oil on both sides until cooked.
Serve fish-potato patties with sauce, cooked in fish broth - a tomato or white.
