Cutlets from mackerel with tomato sauce
4 carcass mackerel
3 potato tuber
2 eggs
1 onions
1 clove of garlic

Mackerel clean, cut the fins.
Melt butter, potatoes, boil for 20 minutes in salted water, pound to a puree.
Onions and garlic are finely chopped, sliced tomatoes, eggs in a separate bowl lightly beat.
Grill oven heated to a high temperature.
