Fish sausage with garlic
600 g white fish fillets
100 g stale white bread
4-5 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
2 onions

Bread soaked in milk, then combine with the fish fillets, garlic and onions, twist in a meat grinder.
Drive in minced fish eggs, melted butter, salt and mix well.
Molded minced sausage, wrap them in oil paper boil.
Before serving, fish sausages with garlic and cut into circles, garnished with pickled or fresh vegetables and potatoes, decorated with greenery.
