Zrazy with pink salmon
500 g pink salmon fillet
100 g hard cheese
4 slices of stale loaf without crust
2 eggs
4 Art. l. vegetable oil

Twist the fish fillets in a meat grinder twice, grate loaf, combine fish, mix, pepper and salt, and mix again.
Grate the cheese.
