700 g cod
250 g mushrooms
2 boiled eggs
2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cut the prepared fish into fillets, grind it in a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, molded mince cakes.
Mushrooms cut into small pieces, fry in butter, add green onions and chopped eggs and mix.
Place the filling on tortillas, to form zrazy.
Before cooking the fish zrazy-Archangelsky paneer in breadcrumbs, then fried until cooked in vegetable oil, as a garnish, use rice or vegetables.
