900 g chicken - fillet
225 g bread
325 g water
2 onions - head
250 g carrot
20 g parsley
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
200 g vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Clean the carrots and onions, cut into strips and fry in oil part.
Fillet mince, add the soaked bread in water, salt and pepper, mix well. Again mince resulting mass, mix, to cut the tortilla. At the center of each place the minced carrots and onions.
