Fake sausages

What you need:

250 g carrot

3 pcs. sausages

1 onions - head

2 pcs. egg

2 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

salt

red pepper

black pepper

50 g breadcrumbs

oil for frying

Carrots wash, boil until half, fold in a colander, let drain water. Wieners clean and mince with carrots and onions.

In the resulting mince, add eggs, flour, pepper and salt to taste and stir.

Sformuyte from a mixture of sausage, zapaniruyte them in bread crumbs and fry the fat until golden brown.

Serve "sausage" with spicy sauce.
