Polish pumpkin pancakes with sausage
120 g pumpkin
50 g sausage

20 g flour
15 g butter
1 egg
pepper, salt
Clean the pumpkin: cut off the peel, remove the seeds, then the pulp is rubbed on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the sausage, or pass it through a meat grinder, mix with pumpkin weight.
RUB the butter with the egg, add to pumpkin-sausage mixture, then add the flour, pepper and salt, stir.
Put the cooked pumpkin dough, scooping it with a spoon in a pan with hot oil and fry Polish pumpkin pancakes with sausage on both sides until Browning, serve hot.
