Pumpkin porridge
900 g pumpkin
300 g rice
35 g sugar
salt
Peel a ripe pumpkin peel, remove seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes and cook in boiling water, adding sugar and salt.
Wipe the pumpkin through a sieve, combine with rice and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
Before applying to make porridge pumpkin seeds.
