Ddmakashovi - pumpkin porridge in Armenian
750 g Pumpkin
1.5 glass hot milk

? glass rice
4 Art. l. ghee
1 Art. l. sugar
salt
Clear pumpkin from the peel, remove seeds, cut and place in a saucepan and pour the warmed milk.
Add to the pumpkin cooked until half rice and ghee, sugar, salt and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until cooked porridge pumpkin.
Served ddmakashovi - pumpkin porridge in Armenian hot or cold.
