Porridge "podsolnushek"
200 g wheat grits
500 g pumpkin
300 g milk
2 tbsp. raisins without seeds
4 tbsp. butter
sugar (to taste)
salt (to taste)
Half of the pumpkin cut into triangles with a thickness of 0.7 cm and put on a baking sheet, greased. Sprinkle with sugar and bake until tender at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Chop the rest of the pumpkin and pour it boiling, salted water (200 g), cook for 10 min, add crushed wheat, sugar to taste, cook for 5 minutes. Pour Gracie milk and bring to readiness.
Fill porridge with butter and put in the centre of the plate, the edges spread out in the form of leaves triangles pumpkin.
Raisins, scalded and sprinkle them porridge.
