Stuffed with sausage
Ingredients:
200 g wheat bread
1 PCs cabbage
200 g boiled sausage

2 PCs egg
2 tbsp. margarine or lard
2 tbsp. mustard
4 PCs apples
salt - to taste
Soaked and squeezed bread, sausage mince , add the eggs, mustard, salt. Stir. Separate from the cabbage head large sheets. To make them flexible, elastic scald water, acidified with vinegar. Cooked meat is put on the sheets, take the envelope. Fry cabbage lard or margarine. Add to the pan in a little hot water, cabbage put the chopped apples and cook, closing the lid.
