Hot sandwiches with sausage and apples

Ingredients:

4-6 white bread - slices

20 g butter

150 g smoked sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show

2 pcs. apples

1 Art. l. grated horseradish root

Fry bread on the part of oil. Sausage slice and fry in the remaining oil. Apples grate and also fry in oil left after frying sausages.

Mix apples with grated horseradish.

Place sausage on bread, on top of a hill which lay apples with horseradish.

Arrange tomato slices, greens and immediately post.
