4 slices of rye bread

1 cucumber

1 tomato

100 g sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show

4 Art. l. sour cream

2 Cut a circle from the pulp of each slice of bread.

Cut the cucumber, tomato and sausage plastics.

Lubricate the sour cream half circles of bread, put sausage, tomato and cucumber then. Cover with remaining bread circles.

Contents greens and sour cream before serving.
