Salad with smoked sausage and cheese sausage

400 g sausage cheese

150 g smoked sausage

3 canned cucumber

2 sweet pepper

2 garlic cloves

1 onions

6 tbsp. wine vinegar

3 tbsp. olives pitted

1 tbsp. prepared mustard

0,5 glass vegetable oil

black pepper

salt

Dice the cheese, onions, peppers and sausage, chop sticks, cucumber cut into slices, and olives - rings.

Preparation of salad dressings: skip the garlic through a press, combine the oil, mustard, vinegar, pepper and salt, stir.

All salad ingredients together, pour over the salad dressing, mix well, remove an hour in the fridge.

Before serving, sprinkle salad with smoked sausage and sausage cheese finely chopped parsley or dill.
