Salad "Bavarian" with cheese and smoked sausage

350 g smoked sausage

4 pickles

4 head of red onion

1 bunch green onions

Cucumbers cut into thin strips, sausage - small cubes, cheese - cubes, and onion - rings. Finely chop the parsley and green onions.

Combine sour cream with mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard, whipped into foam, pepper and salt and mix well.
