Semolina beef broth

300 ml water

100 g chicken/fresh meat

2 tbsp. semolina

? tsp. butter

Pour meat or chicken water, cook the broth, remove the meat and into the boiling broth to pour semolina, salt to taste, boil until cooked semolina.

Before serving, semolina beef broth seasoned with butter.
