Broth with dumplings
2 l Broth
1/2 glass prepared dumplings flour (semolina) or
3 pcs. out. Potato
Cook meat or chicken broth and cook at the same time the dough for dumplings made from flour, semolina or potatoes. Prepared dough to cut using the table and tea spoons. Take a tablespoon of dough from the pan ready, and a teaspoon dipped in water to separate small pieces of oval form, lower them into the hot broth and cook it.
Choux pastry for dumplings.
In a pan pour in 1/3 cup of broth, put oil, salt and boil. Then add flour or semolina, stir and boil Veselka flour for 1-2 minutes, and the rump - 5-6 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat, put the eggs and mix well.

In a bowl pour 1/4 cup of the broth, put the butter, egg, add flour, salt and knead the dough.
1/2 cup flour - 1 egg, 1/2 Art. spoons of oil.
Potato dough for dumplings.
Peel the potatoes, cook, clean the hot, add a raw egg yolks and mix well. Then add the beaten egg whites and mix again.
