Lazy cheese dumplings
600 g cottage cheese 5-9%
150 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g semolina
100 g sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Rub the cottage cheese with eggs and sugar using a blender, lightly salt the - weight should get a homogeneous and creamy.
Add the semolina, stir, add the flour and mix again.
Powder work surface with flour, cooked sausage roll dough about 4-5 cm thick in diameter, cut it into slices about 1 cm thick.
Floured baking sheet, put it dumplings (at this stage can be frozen).
Lazy to cook cheese dumplings as follows: dipped in boiling water and cook until bubbling.
