Cheese dumplings stuffed with banana
250 g cottage cheese
80 g semolina
1 banana
? eggs
flour
cookies (for dusting)
Egg whisk, mix with cream cheese, gradually introduce the semolina.
Put weight on powdered with flour work surface, knead, roll into a bundle, cut it into equal pieces.
Cut the banana into small slices.
Knead each piece of dough into a flat cake, put a banana in the center, roll into a ball.
Cook dumplings in boiling water and boil for putting them 7-8 minutes over medium Aage.
Before serving cheese dumplings stuffed with banana put in a colander to glass water, then breaded in crushed cookies in a blender.
