Cottage cheese dumplings
50 g cottage cheese
a quarter of the eggs
3 g wheat flour
3 g semolina
5 g sugar
8 g butter
10 g sour cream
salt
Put the egg, semolina and flour, sugar, butter, grated cheese. Kneaded and sativam the dough into a harness. Cut into small pieces. Drop the dumplings in salted water and cook. Serve the finished dumplings with butter and sour cream.
