Dumplings with cottage cheese and eggs
500 g cottage cheese
650 g dumpling dough
1 eggs
1 glass sour cream
? tsp. curry powder
white pepper
salt
To make the filling, combine eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and curry, stir until consistency is smooth.
Roll out the dough into more and cut into squares of 10x10 see
Put 1 tablespoon of filling on each square, molded manti.
Cook dumplings steamed for 25 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley and pour over the sour cream.
