Cottage cheese dumplings in cream
400 g flour
200 ml water
100 ml vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
Filling:
250 g cottage cheese
1 yolk
2 tablespoons sugar
1-2 tablespoons sour cream
Filling:
350 ml cream
75 g butter
1.5-2 tablespoons sugar
Stir to test the water and vegetable oil and salt, bring everything to a boil, add the flour, spoon and then hands knead the dough and let it rest.
For the filling mix the cottage cheese, vanilla, egg yolk, sour cream and sugar until smooth.
Roll out the dough thinly, cut it squares, each lay out the filling, combine the opposite edges and zaschipnut thus molded dumplings.
Place the dumplings in the form, greased with butter, pour melted butter, powdered sugar and pour the cream.
Cooking cheese dumplings in cream 20-25 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven, when applying sprinkle with powdered sugar.
