Dumplings in Ukrainian buckwheat flour with cheese
For the dough:
3 Cup buckwheat flour

1 egg
1/2 Cup milk/water
1/2 tsp. salt
For the filling:
600 g cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 Cup sugar
salt
Sauce:
2,5 Cup sour cream (or 40 g butter)
Milk or water for the test, bring to boil, add the flour, salt, beat the egg, brew, everything well-mixed, the dough.
Curds through a sieve, mix with cheese, egg, sugar, salt.
Scooping the dough with a spoon or by hand, to mould in the palm of thin round cake, in the center of each to put the stuffing of cheese and mould semicircular dumplings.
To cook the dumplings in Ukrainian buckwheat flour with curd: in a pot with boiling salted water and boil for 10-12 minutes, when serving pour sour cream or melted butter.
