Cottage cheese and buckwheat zrazy
500 ml milk

250 g cottage cheese
200 g buckwheat
150 g sour cream
60 g sugar
30 g butter
2 eggs
? h. l. salt
Stir cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon sugar drive egg and mix until uniform.
