Buckwheat-squash porridge with milk
500 g zucchini
4 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
1,5 glass buckwheat
3,5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
salt
On ? tbsp butter fry until Golden buckwheat.
Zucchini peel, chop and place in a pan of warm milk, cook until tender.
Pour the porridge buckwheat, stir, bring the porridge to boil, add 1 tbsp butter, sugar, salt and stir.
Cover the pan with a lid, remove the 2 hours in the oven.
Served with buckwheat-squash porridge with milk poured the remaining melted butter.
