Buckwheat porridge with milk
280 g buckwheat
3 glass milk

2 glass water
sugar (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Bring water to a boil, add salt, add the grits.
Remove surfaced empty grain.
Stirring constantly, cook until thick porridge, then add the sugar, cover, reduce heat and let the porridge 1 hour, not stirred.
Boil the milk and remove the tape.
Before serving, pour the pudding into a deep bowl and pour the milk.
