Buckwheat porridge with dried pears and prunes
1 l water
1 glass buckwheat unground
? glass prunes
? glass dried pears
4 Art. l. cream
Rinse dried pears and prunes, soak for 2 hours in 4 cups of water, after which the same water to boil for 15 minutes.
Remaining after cooking dried fruit broth drain, put the rump, boil over moderate heat until the liquid is completely absorbed, then bring buckwheat until cooked in the oven, on the stove or under the blanket, then stir porridge with pears and prunes.
