Milk-buckwheat soup
5 glass soy milk

1 Art. l. butter
2 h. l. sugar
Salt (to taste)
Boil until half buckwheat, combine with hot milk, stir and cook for another 15 minutes.
Salt soup, add the butter and sugar.
Post soup with rye croutons.
