300 g Brussels sprouts

100 g white bread

3 glass milk

2 potatoes

1 tbsp. butter

To omit the cabbage in the boiling water and leave for 3-5 minutes, then drain the water and a bit of fry in a pan with butter.

Milk mixed with water, heated, add the cabbage.

Potatoes cut into cubes, add to the soup, add salt and cook the soup until the vegetables are just tender.

From white bread to make French toast, served milk soup with croutons and Brussels sprouts warm.
