Beef diet with Brussels sprouts
300 g Brussels sprouts
200 g lean beef
60 g fresh/canned tomatoes (without vinegar)
3 tbsp. olive oil
pepper
salt
Beef washed, cut into pieces of about 2-3 cm, put in hot salted water, until soft boil.
Grease baking sheet with butter, preheat oven.
Put the meat on a sheet, surrounded by cabbage.
Cut into circles tomatoes, put in the pieces of meat, all pepper and salt and lightly drizzle with oil.
Baked beef diet with Brussels sprouts in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until cooked.
